(1) Ore characteristics: Hong'an fluorite ore is a medium (lower) warm liquid silicate type filled vein fluorite deposit. The deposit is located in the torsional tectonic fracture zone of the Archean Baiyun slant gneiss . The roof of the ore body is dominated by gneiss and syenite porphyry. The bottom plate is mainly composed of tectonic rocks and also has altered Rock and syenite porphyry. The ore is mostly pale green and green, and a small part is light purple and light yellow, glass luster, translucent, semi-self-crystal or crystal-shaped, ranging in size from 0.01 to 2.7 mm, and depending on the degree of enrichment. , concentrated when a large particle size, the particle size slightly finely dispersed; is massive ore, like the strip, brecciated cloudiness configuration; and in the structure of the main coarse crushing, ranging grained granite still see Crystallized structure, like plaque structure. The mineral composition is simple, the useful mineral is mainly fluorite, the content of CaF2 is generally 20% to 95%, and some are as high as 98%. The gangue minerals are mainly quartz (including chalcedony), which are granular and cluster-like. The aggregates are often fine veins with a pulse width of 20-30 mm, narrow veins of 0.2-0.5 mm, followed by barite (BaSO4). ), fine veins and irregular granules are produced in quartz veins, and a small amount is embedded in the interstices of fluorite particles. The particle size is generally 0.1-0.4 mm and the maximum is 0.9-1.0 mm. Another very small amount of white mica, chlorite. The content of fluorite and its main gangue quartz is mutually increasing and decreasing. The sum of the two in the rich or medium ore is generally between 95% and 98%, as shown in Table 1. (2) Process flow: Hong'an fluorite ore is mined underground, with a particle size of 400~0mm, and is classified by two stages of screening. A section of fixed grid sieve, sifting out a large ore of +50mm, ore of less than 50mm, and then divided into three grades of 50~20mm and less than 20mm by 1700×4000 seat vibrating screen (self-made), respectively Ship to the ground hand picking area for manual selection. The above process is basically open-air operation, the hand selection process is shown in Figure 1; the hand-selected block concentrate quality is shown in Table 4. The hand-selected lean ore is crushed to less than 15mm by two-stage closed-circuit crushing process, and two-stage continuous grinding is used. The final grinding fineness is less than 0.074mm and the content is more than 75%, which satisfies the flotation requirement for obtaining high-quality concentrate. The flotation is a rough, two sweep, six selection process, and the six selected middle mines are returned to the rough selection. The return method is six selected medium mines flowing to the middle mine concentrate pool, and the 100mm rubber pump is used. As for the Φ24m medium ore concentrator of a certain height, the slurry is concentrated to a concentration of 25% to the rough selection. The role of concentration, one is to reduce silicon, the second is to maintain stable ore, reduce the impact of slurry fluctuation on the quality of concentrate. At the same time, the grinding process has the flexibility of re-grinding or refining the concentrate. The process flow is shown in Figure 2.
