working principle:
1. The material in the hopper is evenly laid on the mesh belt by a feeder through a conveyor belt. The mesh is made of a 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is moved by a transmission device to move in the dryer. The drying section is composed of several hot air independent circulation units. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan. The exhaust gas volume of each unit is controlled by a regulating valve. In the upper circulation unit, the wind from the circulation fan enters the lower chamber through the side air ducts. The airflow is heated upwards through the heat exchanger and distributed by the distributor. The jet is blown into the mesh belt, passes through the material and enters the upper chamber. The drying process is a process in which hot air flows through the material layer to complete the heat and mass transfer. The upper chamber is connected to the inlet of the fan by the air duct, and part of the gas is circulated. Part of the air with lower temperature and higher moisture content is discharged as exhaust gas through the dehumidifying pipe, the regulating valve and the dehumidifying fan. In the lower circulation unit, the wind from the circulating fan enters the upper chamber first, and the lower chamber is connected with the inlet of the fan by the side air duct and the return air duct. Most of the air circulation and part of the air circulation are discharged. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs.
