The first step is to check the switch. First check whether the water pump outlet and outlet switch of the sprinkler pump is turned on. The water pump for the sprinkler is a self-priming pump. When the water is used for the first time, the water should be poured.
The second step is to check the filter. When the sprinkling of the water pump is not smooth, check the front section of the suction pipe for debris blocking the water inlet, and then check the inlet pipe line by stage to see if there is a leakage failure.
The third step is to check the degree of vacuum. The height of the water pump used for ordinary sprinklers should be less than 5 meters. Then check whether the water pump oil seal of the sprinkler is damaged or not. The leakage of the pump shaft will affect the vacuum level and the seal should be replaced. When the sprinkler engine speed is too low to reach the required vacuum, adjust the throttle to make the speed at about 1700 rev / min, the engine speed varies depending on the gearbox.
