"Low-cost omnidirectional vision sensor for robots and demonstration applications"

[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] Recently, the High-tech Division organized experts to accept the “Twelfth Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Program “Low-cost Omnidirectional Vision Sensors for Robots and Demonstration Applications” project in Ningbo, Zhejiang. The expert group heard the project completion report, reviewed the relevant materials, and conducted field visits. After questioning and discussion, the expert group believed that the project basically completed the main objectives and tasks specified and agreed to pass the acceptance.

Omnidirectional vision sensor, also known as panoramic camera, can cover 360° horizontal field of view in one imaging. It has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, non-contact and flexibility, and is widely used in robots, online detection, product quality inspection, and vibration. Testing, industrial testing and physiological analysis
On December 4, 2015, the National Science and Technology Support Project “Low-cost Omnidirectional Vision Sensors and Demonstration Applications”, which was undertaken by Ningbo Materials Institute, was officially launched. The project aims to develop a low-cost omnidirectional vision sensor for home-based mobile robots, and to develop an integrated, micro-miniature, low-cost omnidirectional vision sensor and system based on MEMS technology, which breaks through tilt correction, frame image registration, and Sewing stitching and other key technologies for image analysis and processing, and implementing no less than 100,000 batch applications on home service mobile robots.
After several years of research and development, the project systematically studied three-dimensional calibration of fisheye camera based on laser scanning, fusion stitching of multi-eye images, image stabilization based on MEMS sensor image, difference correction of color and brightness of different sensor images, and omnidirectional vision robot Algorithms such as positioning and navigation, as well as multi-camera optical path structure and other hardware systems collaborative design, developed low-cost monocular omnidirectional vision sensors and binocular, five-head, eight-eye and other multi-directional omnidirectional vision sensor systems, and applied demonstration.
At present, the project has been successfully promoted and applied in the fields of balancing vehicles and mowing robots, realizing the ability of robots to acquire surrounding panoramic image information in real time and quickly, and improving the sensing ability of robot intelligent sensors. At the same time, the project relies on industrial platform and joint A number of companies have established multi-directional omnidirectional vision sensor production lines, and have been widely used in public security, tourism, power and other fields, and achieved significant economic and social benefits.

The Multifunctional Hammer Mill is widely used in crushing various biomass wood waste and straw material. The motor and the hammers are directly connected by the coupling. There is no dead angle during the crushing so the finished product is very fine. The corners of the hammers are welded with high hardness material like carbon tungsten alloy. The welding layer thickness is around 3mm. The lifetime is 7- 8 times by normal 65Mn overall quenching hammer. The rotor has made the balance test and can work backward. It`s the best choice to prepare milled material for pellet machine.
