When the relay is unable to get the working power, when the wire rope of the hook is put into a sufficient length, it can enter the next operation procedure, effectively control and prevent the occurrence of misoperation.

Second, the control circuit principle before and after the control of the telescopic arm

1, the original line control diagram

The operation procedure is as follows: The control of the original line, there is no interlocking device between the telescopic boom and the lifting button of the hook, and each button can be operated at the same time. Therefore, when the misoperation occurs, it cannot be effectively controlled. This is the root of the problem.


2. Improved Line Control Diagram

Press the release button, put the solenoid valve into operation, the hook begins to drop, and at the same time, the DC contactor C2 and the time delay relay h get electricity, the contactor pulls in and the delay switch starts to record time, (the length of the delay The length of our experiment was set to approximately 20 seconds with the hook lowered enough to extend the telescopic boom until the time delay relay h and contactor C2 were closed and the telescopic arm button was energized.

When the DC contactor C2 pulls in, the auxiliary contact C-1 of the contactor is opened, the power of the release button is cut off, and the auxiliary contact C-2 is closed to form a self-protected circuit of the DC contactor C2. Hoisting finishes the knot

The beam, the upper and lower arms return to their original positions, and the limit switch is opened. At the same time, the DC contactor C2 and the time delay relay h are de-energized, stop working, and the circuit is restored to its original state.
