Preparation method:

1 Reagent 0 (R0):

Take 84ml of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, slowly pour 800ml of silicon-free water, cool to room temperature, and then set the volume to 1L.

2 Reagent 1 (R1):

100 g of ammonium molybdate was weighed, dissolved in 800 ml of silicon-free water, and then set to 1 L.

3 Reagent 2 (R2):

80 g of oxalic acid was weighed and dissolved in 800 ml of silicon-free water, and then the volume was set to 1 L and loaded into the reagent tank R2.

4 Reagent 3 (R3):

First take 12ml of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, slowly poured into 800ml silicon-free water, cooled to room temperature, and then weighed 12g of ferrous ammonium sulfate, dissolved in the above water, after the volume to 1L, into the reagent drum R3.

5 When using, mix R0 and R1 in a 1:1 ratio and put them into the reagent tank R1.

2. The preparation standard solution of the standard solution must be formulated with silicon-free water. The chemical used is (analytical):

Sodium Fluorosilicate (Na2SiF6) or Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3.9H2O)

Preparation of 11000mg/L SiO2 stock solution:

Accurately weigh 3.130 g of sodium fluorosilicate (Na2SiF6) or 4.730 g of sodium silicate (Na2SiO3.9H2O), dissolve in a small amount of silicon-free water, and set the volume to 1L.

Preparation of 2100mg/L SiO2 working fluid:

A suitable amount of 1000 mg/L SiO2 stock solution was weighed and diluted 10 times with silicon-free water.

3 According to the measurement range, the user selects the target concentration 1 and target 2 and dilutes the working fluid with silicon-free water to the corresponding concentration.
