step one  

220V power is applied with the two blades on the solenoid valve, off current is repeated several times, with a reversing solenoid valve sound it proves no fault on an electrical solenoid valve (NOTE: Because of the coil is energized with PTC Thermistor The time must not exceed 20 seconds. Over time, the PTC thermistor in the coil may be protected from overheating. In this case, the PTC thermistor can be automatically recovered by simply disconnecting the power supply for a period of time . However, if the solenoid valve emits a continuous tremolo or noise for more than one second, there is a noise failure.

Step two  

After the power supply on the solenoid valve is removed, the tooling shown in the figure above is used to connect 220V current to the two tabs on the solenoid valve, then the power is disconnected, and the cooling system is turned on for a period of time. After that, at this time, only one greenhouse in the system should be in the cooling state. Then check whether the temperature of the greenhouse that has been shut down has fallen. If there is a drop, it means that the solenoid valve has an internal leakage fault and no fault. After checking a greenhouse, use the external power supply of the tool shown in the figure above to connect the solenoid valve and connect 220V current to the two inserts on the solenoid valve. Press the door of the refrigerator with the normally closed contact to release the switch. Under the circumstances, the power supply is disconnected, and the solenoid valve has been switched. After the system is working for a period of time, it is checked whether the temperature of the closed greenhouse has decreased. If there is a drop, it indicates that the solenoid valve has an internal leakage fault and vice versa.  

Step three  

After the power is removed from the solenoid valve, the cooling system is turned on and the solenoid valve is completely immersed in the water. At this time, check if there are any bubbles in the welding parts of the solenoid valve. If bubbles appear, prove the solenoid valve. There is an external leakage fault and no fault.
