2. Press the bumper firmly and release it. If the car has 2 or 3 jumps, the shock absorber is working well.

3. When the car is moving slowly and it is in emergency braking, if the car vibrates more violently, there is a problem with the shock absorber.

4. Remove the shock absorber and erect it, and clamp the lower end of the connecting ring on the vise. Pull the damper rod several times. This time, there should be stable resistance. The resistance to pull up (recover) should be greater than The resistance under pressure, such as unstable or no resistance, may be due to lack of oil inside the shock absorber or damage to the valve parts. Repair or replacement of parts should be performed.

After determining the problem or failure of the shock absorber, it is necessary to check whether the damper has leaked oil or traces of old oil leakage. Oil seal gaskets and gaskets cracked and damaged, and the fuel tank cap nuts loosened.

If oil leakage is found, tighten the cylinder head nut first. If the shock absorber still leaks oil, the oil seal and the sealing gasket may be damaged. Replace the new seal. If you still can not eliminate the oil leakage, should pull out the damping rod, if you feel there is a hairpin or different severity, and then further check the piston and the cylinder between the gap is too large, the shock absorber piston rod bending, the piston rod Whether the surface and cylinder are scratched or scratched.

If there is no oil leakage in the shock absorber, check the shock absorber connecting pin, connecting rod, connecting hole, rubber bush, etc. for damage, unwelding, breaking or falling off. If the above inspection is normal, the shock absorber should be further decomposed to check whether the clearance between the piston and the cylinder is too large, whether the cylinder is damaged, whether the valve seal is good, and whether the valve flap and the valve seat are tightly adhered or not. Is the extension spring of the damper excessively soft or broken, and repair it by grinding or changing parts as the case may be.

In addition, the shock absorber will produce audible faults in actual use.
