The Chemicals Division has set up two rankings in the ethylene equipment rating series for advanced ethylene companies and advancement of ethylene companies. It mainly conducts comprehensive evaluations of seven indicators including ethylene yield, diene yield and high yield. Tianjin Petrochemical's olefin fractional diene yield, high yield, unit gross profit, and unit operating cost have won the Red Flag with 4 indicators, and another six indicators have been selected from the Progress Red Star.
As of the end of June, the Ministry increased the intensity of equipment operation and maintenance. The equipment in good condition reached 99.96% and the instrumental soundness rate was 99.85%. Compared with the assessment indicators, they increased by 2.96% and 3.85% respectively. The four master units of ethylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene glycol each exceeded the production schedule, and the cumulative production exceeded 19,000 tons. The loss rates of the ethylene and propylene distillation tower reactors decreased by 2.42% and 2.15% respectively year-on-year.
