The water seal gate valve is suitable for the back pressure condensing system of thermal power station with working pressure of 1.6～10.0MPa, working temperature of 0～425°C, and pipelines of petroleum and chemical requirements and atmosphere isolation, cutting off or connecting the medium. The applicable medium is: water, oil Products, steam and non-corrosive gases.

I. Features and Uses 1. The S/Z type series is flexible, rapid, and reliable in opening and closing. It usually adopts two-way gate plate bidirectional elastic sealing.
2, the product structure is simple, compact and reasonable, easy maintenance, long service life;
3, for the opening and closing device on the pipeline, must be in full open or fully closed state, not for regulating the flow;
4. There are two types of valve connection: flange and welding. The driving mode is manual and electric, and the structure is more complicated.

Valves can be divided into wedge-type gate valves and parallel gate-type gate valves according to the sealing surface configuration. The wedge-type gate valves have single-gate type, dual-port type, and elastic gate type.
Parallel gate valve can be divided into single gate type and double gate type.
Divided according to the thread position of the valve stem, it can be divided into two kinds: open rod gate valve and dark rod gate valve.
