The Dushanzi petrochemical cracker has been using a hydrogenation catalyst imported from abroad for a period of hydrogenation catalyst. In 2007, Dushanzi Petrochemical combined with the research and development status of domestic nickel-based catalysts, together with the Lanzhou Chemical Research Center, set up a development team to research and develop new nickel-based catalysts. In June 2008, the new nickel-based catalysts developed after the 1500-hour medium scale amplification test, all test data have reached the target requirements. On July 15, the new nickel-based catalyst was loaded on Dushanzi Petrochemical cracker and put into industrial use.
Single petrochemical cracker used domestic catalyst
On July 21st, a section of hydrogenation catalyst for nickel-based pyrolysis gasoline co-developed by Dushanzi Petrochemical and Lanzhou Chemical Research Center was used in the petrochemical ethylene plant, and the catalyst effect was significant. The new nickel-based catalyst has obvious advantages in anti-impurity, low cost, and can fully replace foreign products in the country to promote.
