In 2013, the output of power generation equipment was 120 million kilowatts, accounting for 60% of the global total; the completion volume of shipbuilding was 45.34 million deadweight tons, accounting for 41% of the global total; the output of automobiles was 22.117 million, accounting for 25% of the global total; the output of machine tools was 959,000. It accounts for 38% of the global total. In addition, in recent years, China's equipment autonomy has reached a new level. The manned space flight and lunar exploration project and the Xiaolong manned deep submersible have made major breakthroughs. The large transport aircraft and large passenger aircraft have completed the layout, and the development work has made important progress. Su Bo believes that although China has become a big country in equipment manufacturing, it is not a strong country in equipment manufacturing. Compared with advanced countries, there is still a big gap. The main performances are as follows: First, the ability of independent innovation is weak, the level of R&D design is low, the testing and testing methods are insufficient, and the key common technologies are lacking. Second, the basic supporting capacity is insufficient, the core components are subject to people, the basic manufacturing process is backward, and the key materials are imported. The industrial structure is irrational, the low-end overcapacity, the high-end production capacity is insufficient, and the development of the production service industry is lagging behind. Fourth, the development quality and efficiency are not high. At present, the value-added rate of China's equipment industry is 26%, which is lower than the average level of 6-8 in developed countries. percentage point.
