Invalidation, the worm gear teeth made of bronze material are quickly smoothed by the worm teeth made of steel.
Through the stress accounting analysis of the worm gear and the knowledge of the lubrication theory, it is decided to use the 320# medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil to lubricate the worm gear reducer, and the lubrication requirement is satisfied by replacing the lubricating oil, and the worm wheel wear phenomenon does not occur any more.
