By completing the layout of production capacity in advance, the production capacity has been rapidly increased. Since 2004, Xingma Group has successively constructed new production bases in Hengyang, Hunan Province and Tianjin Binhai New Area. After several years of hard work, Hunan Xingma gradually formed an annual production capacity of 5,000 special-purpose vehicles and heavy truck chassis. Tianjin Xingma became the special vehicle production base of the Xingma Group to radiate the north and has the potential for production of heavy truck chassis. Last year, Hualing's 30,000 heavy-duty truck project started construction in the southern district of Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone. At the same time, a foundation-laying ceremony was held for a 10,000-ton heavy truck production base and a new technology center building in Hengyang, Hunan. In the next few years, Valin will form an annual production capacity of 80,000 to 100,000 vehicles, and will enter the first echelon of the heavy truck industry in China.

Establish a sound marketing service system. Over the past few years, Xingma Group has focused on channel development targets for “building 100 effective dealers”, strengthened channel development in areas with relatively weak sales force, further improved the sales system, and now has formed more than 150 primary sales channels. There are more than 200 sales outlets, more than 50 stores in 4S stores and 3S stores, covering the domestic mainstream heavy truck market, and basically completing the layout of the marketing service network. At the same time, through sales policies, financial support, and organizing various training courses and other means to cultivate the growth of dealers and make them increasingly stronger, so as to promote the rapid increase in total sales.

Build its own heavy axle system to ensure product quality and the safety of core components and resources. Since 2005, Xingma Group has been working hard to build its own heavy axle system. It began mass production on the market in 2008. In 2009, it produced more than 50,000 axles and basically met its own vehicle production needs. At present, the self-made axles of Xingma Group have already covered all domestic heavy-duty axles, making the vehicle products highly competitive in the market.

Actively develop overseas markets and form a clear international strategy. Since the first batch of products were exported to Morocco in March 2005, the Xingma Group has exported nearly 10,000 products to 60 countries and regions including North Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, etc. Meanwhile, the sales and service network has also extended to nearly 40. country. Since 2006, Xingma Group has gradually formed a relatively clear international strategy: to join hands with internationally renowned parts and components companies, integrate global quality resources to enhance product quality and competitiveness, and jointly develop international markets with international partners. In the overseas market planning in the next few years, the group will focus on the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and South America, and will further promote Hualing Heavy Trucks and Xingma Special Vehicles to overseas markets through various means. Export products account for about one-third of total sales; construction of CKD assembly plants in key markets such as Algeria and Vietnam reduces export costs, captures the international market, and further realizes the internationalization of companies.
