During the warranty period, it failed to operate normally and was replaced by the 37kw Ingersoll Rand screw machine. Ingersoll Rand screw use is slightly better than Atlas, once wanted to promote the application to the second and third series multi-function crane. In the face of the large amount of gas used in the aluminizing operation using the multi-function unit, the Ingersoll Rand screw machine still failed to solve the defects of low gas production attenuation and fast wear of the main engine, and the operation cost was high, and finally failed to serve as an aluminum suction operation. The heavy responsibility of the host is frequently damaged and the fate of the second and third series is eliminated. From the statistics table of the 3rd and 4th series, it can be seen that in the less than 5 years from 2005 to 2010, plus the number of 5 cranes promoted to the three series, the total number of installed machines is 17 (excluding the four series) The four domestic cranes are not fully operational, and the actual installed capacity can only be counted as 13 units. Up to 34 screw machines have been purchased! In the 22 years from 1988 to 2010, the installed capacity of the second and third series was 20, and the total number of slide machines purchased was less than 30! 2. Comparison of operating costs between Matai sliding air compressor and Ingersoll Rand screw air compressor. From September 2009 to March 2010, the breakdown of the cost statistics of the seven-month operation time is shown in Table 1 below. The main reason is that the 37kw model can know the operating cost of the screw machine, and the slider machine with higher aging and fuel consumption. It is about 10,000 yuan/set higher! 3. The actual operation energy-saving test of the slide machine and the screw machine.
