On the basis of the survey, the Shangyu District Market Supervision Administration conducted a sample test on 15 batches of car tires of 10 brands sold in 7 automobile tire specialty stores and 4S shops in the city. The main brands of this tire are: MICHELIN, DUNLOP, Pirelli and so on. Focus on the tire durability test, strength performance test, high-speed performance test and other items. Through the Yancheng City Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the outer edge size, tread wear mark, tire strength performance, tubeless tire off-coil resistance, tire durability, tire high-speed performance and other six items of inspection, the test results are all qualified. In this quality monitoring, a total of 15 batches of automobile tire products were randomly selected, of which 15 were qualified and 0 were unqualified, and the pass rate was 100%. The test results show that the quality of car tires in this area is relatively high.
In recent years, the main problem of automobile tire products is that the high-speed performance is unqualified, which is manifested in the delamination of the tire shoulder and the decrease of the tire pressure. The high-speed performance test is mainly to evaluate the heat resistance and fatigue resistance of the tire.
According to the test results, Shangyu District Market Supervision Bureau issued the following consumption tips: buy in a specialty store or a good reputation store; pay attention to the production date of the tire; pay attention to the identification of retreaded tires and brand tires.
