The American Rare Earths Technology Alliance announced in Washington, USA, last week that it had established and held its first member congress. Representatives from manufacturers, users and research units from the rare earth field participated in the conference. This new organization will represent the mainstream voice of the US rare earth industry and will also provide information services for the industry.

The American Rare Earths Technology Alliance includes the following companies: Arnold Magnet Technology, Avalon Rare Metals, Boulder Wind Power, Colorado School of Mines, General Electric, Global Tungsten and Powder, Western Mining Group Limited Companies, Iowa State University, Molybdenum USA, Montana Technologies, Kester Rare Minerals, Rare Earth Resources, and Solvay.

Members of the rare earth technology alliance include not only rare earth producers, but also rare earth applications and academic research units. As the only industry organization in the US rare earth industry, the purpose of the rare earth technology alliance is to provide related education, training and information services to relevant members, media, policy makers, rare earth producers and users. Mark Smith, member of the rare earth technology alliance management committee and president of molybdenum company, said: “The rare earth technology alliance will unite manufacturers, users and related research units. Everyone will work together to develop various applications of rare earths, making this important material The growth of the global economy will play its due role."

Nelson White, vice president of sales and marketing at Avalon Rare Metals, pointed out that in the next few years, the rare earth industry will face many challenges, including changes in the market, the creation of new supply chains, and the need for research institutions and universities More technology and business leaders. The rare earth technology alliance will help the industry recognize and use rare earth materials better than a single company.

It is understood that the rare earth technology alliance will establish an office at the location of the American Chemical Industry Council (ACC) and accept ACC management.

Hydraulic Valve

Hydraulic Valve Contain Main Control Valve, Pilot Valve on Pump, Relief Valve on Control Valve and Solenoid Valve.

Fuction:

(1) when the single boom is lifted, the two pumps supply oil together to improve the lifting speed of the boom. (only when the boom is raised)

(2) when the bucket rod moves separately, the two pumps supply oil to the platform and speed up the action speed of the bucket.

(3) the boom is preferred. When the boom and other actions are carried out at the same time, the action of the boom will be given priority.

(4) priority is given to rotation, and when rotary and bucket move simultaneously, gyration will be given priority.

(5) Negative flow control, to provide a negative flow signal to the main pump, so that the valve stem in the middle, the main pump displacement becomes minimum.

(6) Walking in a straight line, when the excavator is moving forward or backward, other actions can be taken at the same time to ensure the needs of special working conditions.

(7) electrical sensors can be configured to meet the needs of electronic control.
