The successful development of a special packing machine

Recently, China's first two-bin warehouse dry mortar special packaging machine was off the assembly line in Hanshou Manufacturing Department of Zoomlion Concrete Machinery.

The packaging machine is one of the most important equipments in the dry-mixed mortar production line. Due to the fact that most dry mortar products in China, especially special mortar products, are packaged, transported and used, the quality of the packaging machine is directly related to the entire production line. Quality is good or bad. If the packaging machine adopts an outsourcing method, not only is the cost relatively high, but also the commissioning and operation of the outsourced plant requires assistance from the factory, which is very inconvenient.

According to reports, there are two major technical highlights of Zhonglian's new packaging machine. In the past, the packaging machines used a single-silo structure. When the materials in the silo were reduced, the inflation time was longer and the segregation space of the materials increased. The new packaging machine adopts a double-silo structure, which increases the speed of packaging. In the past, the lower end of the packing bag of the packaging machine was directly connected with the air, resulting in a large amount of dust being directly discharged into the air through the opening, causing waste. The new packaging machine uses left and right bagging devices to minimize dust leakage. Now, both technologies have applied for national patents.
