It has initially formed the layout and construction standards for the charging and replacing infrastructure in the demonstration area, and carried out research on industrial innovation. And implemented a new energy vehicle purchase and lease subsidy policy. Vice Mayor Zhou Bo affirmed the initial achievements in the construction of an international demonstration city for electric vehicles. He said that Shanghai should raise awareness and reposition, and vigorously promote new energy vehicles including electric vehicles from the perspective of improving people's livelihood and improving air quality. First, all departments increase investment; on the other hand, as a national team participating in global exchanges, Shanghai Electric Vehicle International Demonstration City should take the lead, explore time-sharing and other measures, and promote the construction of demonstration areas with new concepts and new means. In his concluding remarks, Vice Minister Cao Jianlin expressed support for including the "Electric Vehicle International Demonstration Zone Construction" in the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Commerce in Shanghai, and jointly strengthened support for the construction of the demonstration zone and proposed two points for the future work of the demonstration zone. Suggestions: First, propose policy recommendations, first try to demonstrate and promote effective measures for electric vehicles in the demonstration area, and then spread to Shanghai to the whole country; second, strengthen international cooperation and timely introduce the latest information on demonstration and promotion of foreign electric vehicles in China.
