The power end mainly consists of the Pinion Shaft Assembly, Crankshaft Assembly, and Crosshead Assembly. Pinion Shaft Assembly includes Pinion Shaft, Pinion Shaft Bearing, Bearing Sleeve, End Cover, Seal Washer and so on.
Pinion Shaft is a key part of the power end, its ends protrude to the outside of the rack, used to install large pulley to input power to the mud pump.
The blank of pinion shaft is 40CrNiMo alloy steel forging with premium quality, through the rough, heat treatment, fashioning, hobbing.
