The scientific and technological project "Research on the calibration system of pulse reflection ultrasonic equipment" (No. 2015PJ04) scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting.
It consists of 7 experts from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou Institute of Electronic Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangdong Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, Guangdong Standardization Research Institute, Guangzhou Mechanical Science Research Institute, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou Mechanical Design Institute and other units. The "Research on Pulse Reflective Ultrasound Equipment Calibration System" project designed and developed a high-voltage pulse matcher that can effectively match the pulse-emitting ultrasonic device signals and can be based on DDS signals of different national metrology/verification procedures and standards. The digital pulse reflection ultrasonic equipment calibration system has developed the ultrasonic flaw detector calibration system device and the acoustic wave detector calibration system device, and realized the measurement calibration/verification of the non-destructive ultrasonic equipment according to JJG 746, JJG 990, EN 12668.1 and other standards.
The project has applied for one invention patent, obtained one utility model patent, two software copyrights, and published one academic paper, and has independent intellectual property rights. The results have been calibrated by the Guangzhou Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology. They have been applied in Guangdong Institute of Metrology, Guangdong Province, Shaoguan City Quality Measurement Supervision and Inspection Institute, and have achieved good social and economic benefits.
