China Drying Network Co., Ltd. reported that imports of chemical products at the Suifenhe Port had increased significantly, with 2.481 million tons of imported crude oil, an increase of 1.4 times year-on-year; imported synthetic rubber 17,300 tons, a year-on-year increase; and imported 405,000 tons of chemical fertilizers, an increase of 7.6 times year-on-year. Fertilizer prices have generally risen this year. The contract price for potash fertilizer import was finalized, and the price level was the same as that in the second half of last year. It is expected that the import of potash fertilizer at the Suifenhe Port will continue to grow in the second half of this year, but the import pace may slow down. As regards rubber, domestic rubber supply capacity is limited, and the international market has a loose relationship between supply and demand for rubber and prices are relatively stable, which promotes the growth of imports of synthetic rubber from Suifenhe.
