Houlder discloses the design of a 5000 cubic meter LNG fuel tanker
The oil and gas industry design, engineering services and equipment supplier Houlder recently disclosed the company's case study of a 5000 cubic meter LNG fuel tanker.
     It is reported that this 5000 cubic meter capacity LNG fuel tanker is 110 meters long and can operate as a feeder boat in closed water between ports or between large LNG terminals and small satellite storage facilities. The ship's transfer arms are designed to meet the diverse needs of LNG transport between ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore at large LNG terminals. The vessel can also assist in the preparation, degassing and charge receiving of the LNG fuel tank of the ship when needed.
