Researcher Zhou Weihu of the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences made a comprehensive report on the "Femtosecond Laser Tracking Measurement Technology and Application" project. On the basis of completing the development of the first portable multi-function laser tracking measuring instrument in China, the project team also innovatively studied the full polarization maintaining fiber mode-locked phase linkage double femtosecond laser light source, full path refractive index correction high precision double femtosecond laser ranging, Random moving targets, high depth of field, large field of view, high-precision tracking control, multi-wavelength common optical path transceiver integrated tracking and measuring optical machine design, instrument parameter calibration and system error compensation algorithm and other technologies have greatly improved the performance and functions of existing laser trackers . And the development of this achievement is aimed at the urgent demand for laser trackers in domestic high-end equipment manufacturing and large scientific projects. After 10 years of scientific and technological research, a series of key technologies have been overcome, and a portable multi-function laser measurement system and femtosecond laser have been successfully developed. The tracking measurement system has broken the foreign monopoly. This achievement has completely independent intellectual property rights, forming an independent and independent laser tracker integrated manufacturing technology system and a substitute for imported instrument manufacturing capabilities. At the same time, this achievement has been demonstrated in typical application fields such as aviation, aerospace, large ships and large scientific installations, and has achieved good measurement results.
Afterwards, the experts of the appraisal committee reviewed the relevant materials, watched the experiment and application videos, and after inquiries and discussions, the appraisal committee agreed that the research results of this project were very difficult and innovative, and obtained many independent intellectual property rights. Reaching the international advanced level, the laser tracker developed fills the domestic gap, in which the absolute ranging accuracy and the disconnection accuracy reach the advanced level.
