The overload protector is a circuit protection device designed according to the actual needs of the electrical control industry. It adopts single-chip technology, complete functions, reliable action, strong anti-interference ability, and adapts to harsh working environments. The protector uses a current transformer to sample the signal to convert the load current of each phase into a voltage signal proportional to it. The signal and all control signals are input to the microprocessor, which continuously collects, calculates and stores various signals. When the air conditioner compressor is started, the rotor "rolls down" due to a mechanical failure, and the current rises rapidly.
