Deep well pump safety operation technology 1. Deep well pump should be used in the sand content of less than 0.01% of the clear water source, the pump room is equipped with a pre-run water tank, the capacity should meet a start pre-run water volume.
2. Newly installed or after overhauling deep well pump, pump housing and impeller should be adjusted to the gap, the impeller shall not friction with the shell in operation.
3. Deep well pump before operation should be clear water access shaft and bearing shell pre-run.
4. Deep well pump start before check items should meet the following requirements:
1) foundation base bolt is fastened;
2) axial clearance to meet the requirements, adjust the bolt nut has been installed;
3) packing gland has been tightened and lubricated;
4) Motor bearings are lubricated;
5) hand rotation of the motor rotor and the back-stop mechanism are flexible and effective.
5. Deep well pumps must not run idle without water. Pump one or two impeller should be immersed in the water level below 1m. In operation, we should constantly observe the change of water level in the well.
6. In operation, when the foundations around the larger vibration, should check the pump bearing or motor filler wear Department; when excessive wear and leakage, should be replaced with new pieces.
7. Sucked and drained deep well pump containing silt, before stopping pump, rinse with clean water.
8. Stop the pump, you should close the outlet valve, cut off the power, lock the switch box. Winter disable, should put the net water pump.
