1. The SJ Series single Screw Extruder with appropriate 38CrMoAIA Screws, high quality dies and heating, cooling devices, other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic especially PE, granule into pipe, plate sheet, film and profile, and also provide function of modifying and pelleting. 
It is also used many extruder production together or small one as auxiliary machine in pipe or film, profile line. 

2. The material can be PP, PE, ABS, PMMA, PC, PA etc

3. According to different plastic type, we suggest and adopt diggerent Length and Diameter rate screw for better efficiency and quality plasticizing performance. 

4. ABB frequency convertor, RKC temperature device, or OMRON, Siemens parts for control system

5. According to different factory and company production, space needed, I can customized machine structure, height adjusted type, vertical, horizontal type, Reversible type. English, Russian, Korean, Spanish and etc langusage could be designed in control panel for operation worker's convenience.
