It is no longer necessary to increase the pump output flow to prevent saturation of the load sensing system. With the new EDC directional control valve series from Bosch Rexroth, the equipment can increase the efficiency of load sensing technology without increasing pump costs and overflow losses. Rexroth is the leader in high-flow-sharing control technology. EDC flow-sharing valves are suitable for flows up to 310 bar working pressure of 60.5L/min. EDC's series valves allow calibration at every workflow port rate. As a direct-acting valve, it does not require a separate pilot pressure supply system, further reducing the overall cost of the hydraulic system.
