China's industrial parks have many types of toxic and harmful gases, complex components, wide distribution, and huge risks of accidents. The regulation of harmful gases in industrial parks has become a hot issue in the country. The project aims at the technical needs of toxic and harmful gas source identification, emission monitoring, and emergency emergency warning in industrial parks. By undertaking national and local scientific research tasks, the project has innovatively developed optical monitoring technologies and methods for toxic and harmful gases in industrial parks, and created toxic and harmful gases. The high-temperature spectral measurement database and model have broken through the satellite inversion technology of high-aerosol background atmospheric trace gas composition, and developed the technical equipment of toxic and harmful gas point-line-area-area optical monitoring system in industrial park, and proposed that the industrial park is poisonous. Harmful gas point-line-face-area omni-directional optical monitoring overall solution, and the overall demonstration application of the system in a typical industrial park. The results of the project have been industrialized by the cooperative enterprises. They have been applied to the cement, electric power, chemical and petrochemical industries in Anhui, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hunan and Jiangxi, and more than 1,300 sets of monitoring equipment have been installed in more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide.
The practical application of the technical achievements of the project has promoted the development of China's environmental monitoring instrument industry and played an important role in demonstrating the construction of environmental risk warning system for toxic and harmful gases in national industrial parks, providing important for the control and control of harmful gases in industrial parks in China. The scientific data has achieved good economic, social and environmental benefits.
