This machine is made up of four control unit and one set of independent encoder, adopts 11pcs of motors and imported ball screw to drive. 1. Feeding unit includes 4pcs of feeding belts, adopts 4pcs of motors to independently drive 2.Cutting and stripping blade unit includes 1pcs of the motor, adopts imported ball screw drive to cut and strip. Two groups of knifes exchange displacement also adopts 1pcs of motor to drive. 3. Rotary-cutting blade unit adopts three groups of motors to control the rotary-cutting and wire clamping, one set of DC motor transmits the tool bit to rotate. 4. Feeding tube unit adopts one set of motor to drive and control the feeding tube up and down. 5.The quantity of blades:rotary-cutting blade unit has 2pcs of rotary-cutting blades, the material is tungsten steel. Cutting and stripping unit has two sets of blades, 2pcs of cutter and 2pcs of stripping blade, the material is high speed steel.
