Anguang has made new progress in the research of aerosol detection with dual polarization instruments on the same platform

Aerosol particulate matter simultaneously scatters and absorbs the radiation from the sun and the earth, which affects the planetary weather, climate, and the balance of earth and air, and at the same time affects human health. Carrying out large-scale and high-precision aerosol space detection missions and then developing collaborative observations with dual-polarization instruments on the same platform is one of the future development directions for high-precision space detection of atmospheric aerosols. The related research results of this research group are expected to improve the level of atmospheric aerosol three-dimensional detection technology in my country, and are of great significance for improving the distribution of aerosols in the atmosphere and the research of their microphysical properties.
POSP is a scanning integral polarization radiometer. The weight value distribution of its spatial response function depends on the ratio of the residence time of the instantaneous field of view ground projection to the entire sampling integration time. It needs to pass the equal weighted instantaneous field of view ground projection To model by superposition, simply use the uniform response in the smear range to describe the error.
The paper established the integrated spatial response model of the high-precision polarization scanner (POSP), and carried out data correlation analysis with the simultaneous polarization camera (SIPC) mounted on the same platform to further verify the accuracy of the model; at the same time, POSP and SIPC were established Derives the cross-calibration model of POSP and SIPC. According to the cross-calibration coefficient and cross-calibration model of dual-polarization instruments on the same platform in the aerial flight experiment, the ocean surface and land surface types with different uniformity are calculated. The cross-calibration transfer results verify the accuracy of the cross-calibration model of the dual-polarization instrument on the same platform in the aerial flight experiment.
